Never thought I would have a five star review for a food court restaurant but here we are! The food was fresh, there was plenty of it and lots of choices for personalized dishes. The service was great, too. I’m kicking myself for not taking note of the name of the great employee that was working the counter (April 30, 2023) but he was so helpful and positive that I told him I’ll be recommending this particular Uncle Shark II location to my company and anyone else who needs to order food. Great service, great food and great boba tea- I recommend this place for anyone looking for a fresh meal experience!

I love the bubba tea, I recommend the jasmine. However, I grew up on authentic Thai tea from my aunt who was born and raised in Thai and owns several Thai cousine restaurants now. When I tell you this is the worst Thai tea I’ve ever had.. doesn’t resemble Thai tea at all.

Got the uncle sharkii bowl with extra tuna and the Wasabi sauce is a must yuuumm wife also got the tofu bowl and it was great too. It’s awesome that they have boba drinks here as well. The black tea with boba was delicious overall very happy with the service and time it took to make our meal as well as the quality of fish seemed sushi grade as well. I would recommend this place and I will be visiting again.

It’s been awhile since I first saw this restaurante but I never got a chance to try. Yesterday I passed by and ordered a smoked salmon poke with boba tea and it was astonishing. Amazing food, service was perfect and the place is very clean and welcoming. Def a 5 star.

I was not impressed at all and couldn’t even finish my bowl. I got the #1 Ahi Tuna and Salmon bowl. The rice wasn’t fully cooked, the sauce options were limited and the fish tasted old. It also felt like because the rice was served hot, it cooked the fish which made it a weird texture. I’d rather go elsewhere for poke.

I was excited to come here because they had a coupon and wanted to try a new boba place. Not impressed with the service. The girl Jessica was very rude and wasn’t helpful when I had questions. Then it asked to tip her? She messed up our orders and was very annoyed when we asked her to make us the right order. Don’t recommend coming here if you want a bad experience. The boba was mediocre and not a lot of options.

I was excited to find a fresh looking option in the mall! Showed up at 730, and was told by their employee that they cannot make any food as they were closed. I was confused as they closed at 8 (just like the rest of the food court) and my husband and children were able to get food elsewhere in the food court after this. Wish I could’ve tried it!
