Amazing!best BBQ in town and really around I loved the food and the service was amazing the owner was turning ribs on a smoker as I walked up loved this place

I now know why this place is rated lower than pretty much every other restaurant in the area including fast food. It is absolutely terrible. I read the other reviews, but still decided to give it a try. I thought to myself that it could not be that bad, but I was wrong and it is that bad.

Just stopped at Uncle Rod’s for the first time and the ribs were great. The sauce was on point and the roasted potatoes were a nice change of pace from french fries. Uncle Rod was also real friendly, we will definitely be back!

Just ate the BBQ chicken and the pork along with the roasted potato and baked beans. It was delicious. I enjoyed every bite of it. The baked beans were hot. The BBQ sauce was flavorful. The pork texture was the way I like it. Uncle Rod was pleasant and helpful and provided what I requested.

I wish I went somewhere else! Cafeteria food is what I would call it. Why have smokers if you are not going to use them! I had no desire to eat what they served me due to the grease and the store bought sauce. Pathetic attempt at barbecue! So disappointed!

I am reviewing the mini tip dinner tips, bread and potatoes first the attractive young lady who waited on me was vary friendly the bread: they put the bread between the tips and the potatoes so when I got home it was mush so next time bread on top please the potatoes: were cooked well but needed some butter or maybe some dry spice for a little more flavor the Tips: they were different than normal tips. larger pieces of meat and bones some were pretty meatless and grizzly but the meaty ones were heavy smoked with a nice brown crust. This dryes things out and makes the meat a little chewy. Forchenetly I am ok with this if you looking for light smoke and tender meat this might not be the place the Sauce: is vary unique seems to be tomato based with chunks of vegetables it could probably pass as a sweet pasta sauce I am thinking this is a love it or hate it sauce I am on the love it side. I think this is a place you need to try out and form your own opinion good luck

Great place to eat service is fantastic always with a smile and a thank you for your business…. always get the steak… so tender melts in your mouth great flavor and a decent portion… Mac and cheese great bake beans and green beans awesome and well seasoned……. cheesy potatoes a little greasy but still amazing….. would recommend to anyone that wants a great grilled steak winone of the work
