I’m only eatin here twice any other time I have decided to eat here and I’ve ordered I’ve had to wait over an hour for my food. Or I just pulled up to the drive-thru after I ordered and still have to wait 15-20 when I called the order in 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Today I pulled up it said that they were open but no one was in there to take my order. This is the reason why African-American businesses fail in Gary Indiana, because of poor management. I will no longer going to this restaurant from now on . I rather eat at Kelly soul kitchen down the street. They are managed much better.

Stopped by this place and all I can say is … Somebody finally got it right! Look here.. I knew once I tasted them sides baby.. I knew someone mother/ granny was in the kitchen! The potato salad and coleslaw , mac & cheese , them baked beans the best ever ! The ribs were phenomenal and the sauce . I can’t wait for Momma to get that breakfast started! Good food! I’m a customer for life! They also have string beans getting them my next visit! If you like good cooking like myself.. please go! I promise you will not be disappointed. Auntie Mimi. Went there for the 1st time on a Friday and proud to say the food was really delicious . His price$$ is small or large. He is kind of expensive but it is what it is. I had the tip and link combo. Hubby had the turkey tip combo. Yes fries are separate. About another $3.00 but we still purchased. Both items were good. Sauce was good. Great flavor and he didn’t over flow the food with sauce. Just enough. We placed a order at the location on 5th. Great customer service and the wait for our order was not long either. Keep up the good work and we’ll be back again. From another satisfied customer.
