Uncle Julio’s has an amazing atmosphere with a super friendly staff. The menu has a nice combination of items but a lot of shellfish and all meats seem to be cooked with mesquite. Those are great things for most people but with shellfish allergies they assured us my steak bowl would be prepared to assure no issues. The food was good. Check out their pinata dish it looks amazing.

The waitress was very pleasant. She answered all my questions about what have pork inside its ingredients. The managers were very courteous. I substitute grilled mushrooms instead of beans since it has pork in it. He didn’t charge me extra for them I will come back again. My first time here I will visit again thank yaw!!!

This place worth the money. Great tasty foods and good drinks for the bucks. We were here for dinner Friday and they were able to seat 15 of us within 2 hours booking.

We came to dine here on a Saturday night. We had reservations for 7:15 p.m. but we were not seated until almost 7:40 p.m. We realized it was a busy night but there is no point in making reservations if you are going to have to wait. It was clear that there was not enough staff to wait on customers. Two tables next to us had still not been cleared 15 minutes after we had arrived. We waited 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table.

Uncle Julio’s is one of my favorite Mexican Food restaurants in the Grapevine area. I usually get fajitas or enchiladas and it’s great every time. Their salsa is really tasty. They also have really beautiful light fixtures.

Uncle Julio’s is a staple for the area and always good. With that said, prices have increased significantly over time and it’s always difficult to get a table. Tex Mex is tasty, prices are high, and be ready to wait.

The service was . We were seated and took 15-20 mins before even being asked what we wanted to drink. It wasn’t even that busy. The enchiladas were decent. The nachos were nachos can’t really mess that up. Based off of the service probably won’t be going back.

The food was incredible as always, but the prices seem to be much higher than before though true I haven’t been in some time. The large bowl of queso, which in my opinion wasn’t really a large, was $12 alone. My portion of the bill came to $40 and I only had 1 margarita. This place will have to be reserved for special occasions instead of just a day out.

Jamarie was the most amazing waiter we’ve ever had anywhere. He made us all feel special and is clearly a man of God!

This place is definitely a go to place if you crave Mexican. We’re vegetarians and though there’s not a lot of veggie options on their menu, their cheese and onion quesadillas are a must try!
