If I could give this Uncle Dan’s, zero stars, I would. I ordered $24 worth of food and I should have had a feast. But on the contrary, the portions of the meat were small. I tasted the chicken and it was so tough to chew. See the photo. Honestly, I should have just cooked my own food and not bothered to give my money to a place that jips their customers on the size of the portions. I didn’t get any plasticware with my meal and that should be included for the amount I paid. If you risk the chance to go to this restaurant, and you use the drive through, make sure to ask for plasticware, a straw for your drink and sauces to drown out the tough chicken they will serve you. Shaking my head at this place. The food was straight awful. Spend your money elsewhere.

If I had a choice for zero stars that’s what they would of got. No chicken or ribs at 530 in the afternoon. Half a pound of moist brisket and a pound and a half of smoked sausage cost 46 dollars. Nothing moist about the brisket and it had the worst flavor ever! Nothing smoked about their sausage! More like boiled hot dogs! Took too long just for those two items and nothing friendly about the person taking and giving us our order. It’s been 15 plus years since I’ve been there and I was hoping for a better experience. Never again! Go to Rudy’s or anywhere else! Save your money and go to McDonalds or any fast food restaurant and you’ll save lots and it’ll taste better. No wonder their parking lot is always empty!

It was okay. Sausage and sides were good. Brisket was mushy and had no flavor. Reminded me of roast. And this plate was over $20.

asked for moist (fat) chopped bbq. this is shredded lean meat. not even close to what I asked for and didn’t even include jalapenos only a couple pieces of bread this is a joke of a company

I went to the Hewitt location tonight and ordered a Texas tater. I got all the way home to find out that my tater had no brisket on it, only bbq sauce and cheese. If it wasn’t for Caleb at the Hewitt location fixing my order and showing great customer service, I would give this visit one star. Thank you for the great service Caleb! He deserves a raise! 🙂

I drove over 30 miles to get BBQ. Very much over priced . No bread , pickles, or onions. Plus the servers were not wearing gloves or hair nets, and believe me, they definitely needed them. Very disappointed.

Always out if peachcobler so bought pecan pie and banana pudding. Now I see why they are always out of peach cobbler. Others where just like whatever will not order again.

Sorry folks but to me this place is a waste of money, especially when compared with Rudy’s. The quality and quantity of food was lousy especially considering how much we paid for it. The only good thing at Uncle Dan’s unfortunately was the pie.
