Over all great food. I ordered the chicken dinner and they only had thighs. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious and my whole family left feeling full. My waitress was a very attentive and nice person. She made us feel welcome.

You Need To Know? Arrived to Unvle Bucks BBQ @ 5:30 p.m. & we were able to sit anywhere. Indoor & outdoor seating was available. Indoors was a small bar room environment. Meals were a hot Hawaiian pizza, sloppy fries, BBQ chicken dinner, & a brisket sandwich. The sloppy fries had bacon, cheese, BBQ sauce, ranch sauce & were topped with pulled pork. Fantastic starter to this meal. The BBQ chicken dinner was large with 3 boneless chicken breasts being served. The pizza which had jalapeños to give it some heat was just all right. To be expected when ordering pizza @ a BBQ joint! The brisket sandwich was tender & sloppy. You need to eat it quickly or the bun will be saturated in the juices. Overall good experience that is worth another go! Now You Know!

Uncle bucks hosted our supper club which was about 30 people. The food and service were excellent. The highlight of the night was the pagach and the brisket bites. The smoked wings, ribs, DR fries were also very good. This was my first time here and I look forward to trying the rest of their menu.

Over the past years I did not consider Uncle Bucks a hit or miss on being satisfied, I would comment to people, it was always a hit. This opinion changed Sunday March 19th, my guests and I got rack of ribs like always, we all commented to each other, these are not the ribs I have come to love! They were Not/ ‘ Hot, Tender Juicy, Slide off the bone good ‘! The rib meat stuck to the bone, was not hot, juicy, flavorful as we expected, the side of sweetcorn was served in a small sauce or ketchup cup. The Uncle Bucks I have appreciated in the past served 3 squeeze bottles of different delicious sauses, this visit I was served little dixie cups of two sauses, and you wouldn’t believe it, watered-down compared to the previous sauses we came to enjoy.

Small dive bar type place with a griddy ambiance. However, their food incredible! The chicken dinner was not too moist and not too dry, but perfect. Also, it had a flavorful dry rub and a delicious bbq sauce on the side. The brisket sandwich was very good as well.
