We really like this spot – it’s vegetarian friendly, our favorites are the Tofusion Burrito Bowl (just the right level of spice, and blend of Tofu + Peppers + Onions + Rice) and the Veggie Tacos. It feels a lot like comfort food. Highly recommend these two options for any vegetarians considering Una Mas.

Stop here cause I went to Nob Hill for a lunch break, line is ridiculous, seems to have a one line system and moves when anyone is avaiable, anyways, as I walked to my car, I noticed Una Mas, it was empty so.i went in, prices were decently low, I ordered a margarita steak salad, better than I expected,it had a fried flour tortilla on bottom, with beans ,(pinto) and salad S far as mixed greens with minced steK on top, salty mexican cheese , (Cojita) on top, tastes was good,really good. Worth trying.

This is the best Una Mas I’ve been to. The food is always perfectly cooked and the portions are large unlike some other Una Mas I went to before. The owner seems like they really care about their business and customers too. 5 stars

Attempted to order for company party/catering and couldn’t get a response for 3 days – finally ordered through another local Una Mas (Campbell) only to be contacted by THIS Los Gatos location day of our party trying to ‘confirm’ the order even though we never talked or confirmed. Manager, Sarah, even tried to call my boss and trick her into providing credit card info after I spoke to her this morning verifying we went with another Una Mas since we couldn’t make contact – shady store in Los Gatos. Trying to force us to ‘keep’ an order we never verified due to lack of follow through on their part.

Calmly went in there because they made my burrito wrong on my lunch and asked if I could get it remade. The manager instantly started yelling at me and I even calmly asked why he was yelling. He was really upset and I simply asked if he was going to remake it for me or not because they made my burrito wrong. He asked if I worked in this plaza, which I did and he yelled yes I will remake it this time. So I looked at him and said forget it, threw away the burrito and left. Horrible customer service by the manager. I will never go there again.

When I walk in to your store during lockdown I don’t want to see the staffer quickly put her mask up to cover her face, while she has been breathing maskless all over the cutlery and god knows what else. Won’t be back despite having been a customer for years.

I was charged 11 dollars for mushy rice and burnt salsa with chips. Not cool I took it to go but will never go back worst Spanish rice ever. Also how do you burn salsa I will never know.
