We just went to Umberto’s to share a family brunch with 12 of us. The service was amazing. We had four pizzas that were spectacular, especially the grandma pizza. Diana our server was the best, and they accommodated us in every way possible. Kudos to Umberto’s and we will be back. Thank you so much for a great day.

My family comes to Long Island twice a year to see family. We used to live in the NY and NJ area years ago. This restaurant is amazing Italian food that is fresh and authentic. The chicken parmigiana is amazing and such a huge portion!!

Horrible food. Horrible customer service. We loved this place until today. They sent an overcooked pizza (burned ingredients on top) and another one with undercooked sausage. We called to complain and they told us that’s the way they cook them (False. We always order those pizzas, and they don’t look like that… NEVER). Instead of providing a solution, they recommended requesting a refund through UberEats. We wasted $53 in 2 pizzas that went to the garbage.

Wednesday, March 22, 2023, four of my friends and I had dinner there after seeing a movie. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I had the chicken cacciatore which was well prepared with fresh tasty ingredients in a mild sauce. I enjoyed it and it was yummy. Also, the complimentary garlic knots were the best I have ever had. We asked for more garlic knots and the waiter was happy give us more. The movie we had seen had just won the academy award for best picture. If you know of it, you know it is a wild and weird movie. We had a lot to talk about and the restaurant staff kindly let us sit and chat for a long time. It was a very enjoyable dinner.

Went here for the first time for pizza unexpectedly and really enjoyed it. Decor is nice with high ceiling and nicely decorated for Christmas. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I have a small daughter and they were all friendly to her too which made her happy. I definitely want to return with my family for dinner
