3.5 stars really. It’s a little pricey for a small burger even at an airport. Sure their competition such as Burger King is cheaper and serves larger portions. But the food was good nonetheless, it did its job of an elevated burger. This place could use a few more tables and chairs. I got the manly burger and truffle fries.

Thought I saw a familiar delicious restaurant but was very wrong. 27 dollars for Burger King level manly burger and fries (not including drink). Definitely not anything like the regular umami burger. Fries don’t taste the same either. Friendly staff though.

If only you could give less than a star. But they were open late and that’s the only thing that gives them 1 star. First up there’s almost 0 customer service, you order through your touch screen, and then supposedly they call out your number when your ready, which wasn’t the case because the 2 people out front put the docket under the order and then just kept reaching for more orders, how about call it out loudly, everyone stood around confused and searching for their numbers.

First of all, if I could give a rating lower than 1, I certainly would. My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner and had a very bad experience. Right at the beginning we asked the attendant to receive payment partly in cash and partly on a credit card, and she laughed and said that it was not possible. Then they gave us our orders, which honestly weren’t tasty, meat well done and with a strange taste. However, what displeased us the most was the poor service we received, from the beginning the attendant was extremely rude. In conclusion, bad burger, bad service, ridiculously high price. I wouldn’t eat there ever again even if they paid me to eat their food.

The SIZE of your umami truffle burger, will be surprisingly small and the least of your disappointments. The service is slow, the bun is stale and flavor is almost non existent. A notable positive, the Jalapeño Ranch Dressing is EXCELLENT and probably worth $1 for a small, very small portion. The Jalapeño Ranch Dressing was the best part of my $20 burger.
