This place is amazing! We arrived at 8:30 a.m. needing our morning coffee and our waitress offered to bring us coffee before they opened. She then took our order and they do take their time cooking, but it is worth the wait! We ordered the Belgian waffles, savory crepes, and sweet crepes. It is not too sweet and very delicious.

Great food. Steak is very tender and flavorful. It’s more on the fatty side. Definitely a great choice after a day-long hike at Mt Rainier. The sour cream provided here is magical. Kvass was light and tasty

Hotel room was very nice gave a cabin feel. Staff always working hard. Whoever does the wood work in this place has mad skills. The food at restaurant was ok nothing to shout about had kabobs and burger. Coffee is amazing. The sauna, jacuzzi and bee beds are separate in price not included in hotel night rate. Prices are extremely high. Restaurant and bakery always busy long wait time for front desk and food. Ice for room can only get at front desk no ice machine. Fairly close to Mt Reineir National Park a hour drive. Not many restaurants near hotel. Hotel is on a major road but you don’t hear traffic when in your room. Chickens and rooster also across street can be loud. The view from hotel room is beautiful as the bench swing overlooks a meadow where elk come and graze in the late evening. The beds are very nice and soft. Suggest screwing in the shower rods to the wall ours fell down on the floor.

We waited for almost an hour for our order. I understand there wasn’t enough labor, but what we ordered was not hard to make, such as salad. The dish itself was delicious, but they definitely need more workers for the restaurant.

Amazing soul warming and hearty food. This filled us up for a long time. We got the borscht and another soup that I can’t remember the name, and an appetizer. The kvass was so delicious, if you like kombucha, it has very mapley tones and is amazing. If you want to try new food this is definitely worth a try.
