The food is good. The dining area is generic and not made for more than a food court style eating experience. Clean though and the owners are friendly enough.

The food was pretty good, but the service is not friendly, this is more of a to-go kind of place.. they served me me “for – here” meal in a plastic box and didn’t bother brining it too the table

I liked this place. The chicken Breast Teriyaki was good. I’ve had better but this was solid. What I really liked was the Chicken Katsu. They make it was chicken breast rather than thigh and that’s a solid win. The portions were good and the flavors were better than average. I had to drive through a perpetual construction zone to get to them which can’t be good for them and the flaggers on that project are just the worst. I might eat here the day that project wraps up just to celebrate. I may or may not have yelled at one of the flaggers for doing a half-assed job that almost caused an accident while I was driving home. But I digress….

Great food. Five star. However, they need to work on their customer service. As another posted previously, they sometikes act annoyed you are ordering from them. Thus, an overall four star.

Our favorite local Teriyaki place for years now. Their family meal has been a family favorite for a long time and the best value. My kids love their bubble tea. We also love the Yakisoba shrimp and gyozas. The food is consistently always fresh, wait time never more than 20 mins and portion size, good. Definitely recommended!

It would be great if you could offer me utensils if you’re not putting any in my bag. Thank you

The best teriyaki/Chinese takeout food in all of Snohomish and king county. Very similar to Taster’s Wok in Lynnwood in the quality of the food but way less expensive. I’ll never go to another teriyaki place. The General Tso’s chicken is my favorite, and their teriyaki sauce is a sweet soy glaze which is delicious bc most teriyaki joints have pure salty soy sauce which tastes gross. Totally recommend!!

Called in my order and pick up. Really good serving of chicken katsu, the yakisoba is also amaZing. The sauce is not that good, I have to add sesame seed to make it awesome. They also serve the togo in styrofoams which is typical, so make sure you get there in time if you want to limit the exposure of heat of styrofoam to your food. Will definitely go back here again.

Fast service, good portion size, good food, great price

Food for Thought
Food is dry and lacks flavor. So they charge extra for sauces!?!? Rude owner seems mad at people for being customers. Came in 20 minutes before closing and asked for one dish. The guy acted like he was doing me a favor. I get it that it is the end of a hard day, but maybe not nickel-and-diming the customers and being friendly would help?
