Dallas has no eateries that stay open for people and families getting off work late. We came across Ugo’s although at first I thought the price was a bit higher, the service, attitudes and over all experience was TOP KNOTCH. I’m glad they were the only place open and gained our business and earned our money. I am so happy that we invested in their business and the cost has no comparison to the services, friendliness, and overall experience. We loved it and recommend all to stop by and give them your support and business. Next time we are in from Vegas we will be here again

Is a great family friendly pizza place. When they accidently made a mistake with the order they were quick to fix it free of charge. My brother also said he loved the amount of toppings on the pizza itself. Will be back next time we are craving pizza in that area.

Well make sure during you wait for your pizza, you double check it to see if everything is cooking. Ate all my pizza and I got my spuds when leaving. Because apparently the order after me was more important then mine before him. So over all. Got my spuds when leaving. Very poor service

Ugo’s is amazing. If you are expecting a Pizza Schmizza or some new age uppity pizza place, don’t go here. If you want some of the best stone cooked pizza you will ever have, get on it. Don’t worry about the paint peeling, don’t bother with pointing out the probably numerous OSHA violations in the kitchen. Focus on the pizza, and the pizza alone. If you can ignore all the other stuff you will be amazed at how incredible this pizza is. I will never stop going here it is so incredibly delicious.

My husband didn’t love the pizza but I thought it was good. We both loved that the meal came with breaststicks and potato “wedges”. That, and the free arcade games, really sold us on coming back even though we’re from Salem.

I eat lunch here regularly but I am now wondering if it is a reliable option. I got a lunch pizza and half order of spuds today and regret it. The pizza was borderline burnt and the spuds were swimming in a tablespoon of brown grease. I wish I could say this was the first time they have burnt my pizza but it is the first time I have had spuds look like this. The only reason I am giving two stars is because 90% of the time I really like their pizza. This was one of the days I did not enjoy my lunch.

Pizza was good. And quality is picking back up. Always a favorite but the last few years it hadn’t always been amazing.

Still extreamly happy to see they have the arcade after twenty years. Used to play on sunset riders when I was a kid with my nephews. Pizzas still good and filling.

One of my new favorite pizza places. The crust is crispy and not too thick. Depending on your preferance, I would recommend asking for additionsl sauce, as the finished pizza has barely enough to taste.

This place was great, but the pizza was very greasy. I loved the little arcade in the back though!
