Love this food truck, really great variety of delicious food. I’ve tired everything they have on the menu and you cant go wrong. Very impressed that they cook with tallow instead of regular oil . It’s high quality for cook anything fried or on the grill, makes the food even better and also very healthy . My girlfriend is a vegan she actually found this food truck and they have a separate fryers just for their vegan meals . I was mind blown. We love this place. It’s almost too perfect, definitely one of top food trucks around if not yet the best . Pee-Pa’s Garage Craft Brewery is also an awesome place to vibe at as well. I can’t wait for their new patio outside. This location is a growing hidden gem and a must check out location. you will not be disappointed.

It’s Foodie Friday, and I’m sharing my latest food find: the truffle fries at Ubuntu Foodtruck in Dunedin, Florida. These fries are seriously addictive! They’re perfectly crispy on the outside and the truffle flavor is just the right amount. I highly recommend them to anyone who loves a good potato side dish. The staff at Ubuntu Foodtruck is also very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this food truck to anyone looking for a great meal.
