Ubetcha Wateca’s mission is to “grow and create healthy, satisfying, and culturally appropriate foods to serve our customers.” We were established as a small food truck on the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe in the Spring of 2015.
May 4, 2019, we opened the doors of our sit down restaurant. We are located in the Four Bands Community Fund Incubator.

Great food and lovely service! The garden burrito is perfect if you’re looking for a healthy yet delicious choice. You also definitely get your money’s worth regarding the freshly canned goods. They’re eco friendly and it’s affordable! The mini salsa cup is also biodegradable and that’s always a plus. Will for sure be coming here again in the near future.

Stopped in for breakfast, had their breakfast burrito, it was awesome. Kind of like a little oasis between the nothingness of the North Dakota border and i-90 in South Dakota. They take their covid 19 serious on the Cheyenne Sioux reservation, so at this point in time it is curbside only. Bonus a coffee shop was next door with curbside delivery as well!!
