COVID-19 UPDATE:

When it comes to pizza, everyone can agree it’s the perfect pick-me-up. No question. But ask people what style of pizza reigns supreme? Well, that’s the real debate, isn’t it? Does the title go to Chicago’s deep dish, with it’s endless amounts of hearty marinara and cheese? What about New York-style thin crust? It’s crisp, it’s soft, it’s foldable — it’s amazing. Luckily, the debate can wait, because we’re bringing the authentic flavors of both the Windy City and the Five Boroughs to the people of Cincy. Whatever your pizza preference may be, we’re willing to bet we’ll be seeing you soon.

First off, the pizza is fine. But how good is the question. The problem here is cost and portion size. It’s way too expensive for what you get. The other issue is authenticity. The Chicago pies are not thick enough and the NY style is way too small. With that being said, their space is impressive and their restrooms are apparently “the best” in the US as awarded by Cintas. The loos are subway themed. Why a restaurant would honor a place and imply that subways are restrooms is cynical. I realize this is nitpicky but you see what I mean.

This was our first visit. We tried the thinner crust ‘New York’ style pizza. We had the 15″. For us, it was more than enough for two of us. In fact, we brought home three slices. The crust, sauce, cheese and toppings were fantastic. It wasn’t particularly like the pizza that I’ve had in NYC. Nonetheless, it was delicious. The prices were right in line with what I expected. The service was excellent. My only concern, and I am not sure what can be done about it was all of the annoying bees. We ate outside (obviously). It was VERY comfortable. But, there were a few bees buzzing around us and our food. I can’t wait to go back to try the Chicago style!

The Bootleg bread with ranch dressing was amazing. The NY style pep & sausage with onion was crispy and delicious. So perfectly cooked! The Firehouse pizza was also fantastic. The cocktails were perfectly made and we had quite a few!! Love this place!!

First time visiting and was pleased with the service and food. It was half price Wine Wednesday which was even better! I shared a Chicago Style Large Capone pizza with my son. Sausage, ham, pepperoni, chunky sauce, whole milk mozarella. 2 pieces was almost too much for me. Very flavorful and fresh! We sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather and neighborhood vibe.

Worth the drive, this place has both New York and Chicago Style pizza, the crust is good on both, but the NY stylencrust is a lil thick and the Chicago isn’t quite as thick as it should be, so I think they use the same crust for both pies which is fine because they are both good. The Waldorf salad is really good a d I have to recommend the spicy Mac-n-Cheese bites. They have a full bar also, and plenty of patio seating and its always busy as a beehive here.

Not only was the food good but so was the service. And you just have to appreciate the bathrooms! Chicago pizza or New York pizza….a difficult decision.

We’ve been to Two Cities Pizza on multiple occasions, and every time, the food does not disappoint. My favorite pizza here is the Cabbie but I have yet to try one of their pies and not love the flavors! Their crust on the New York style pizza is soft and has a great flavor that keeps bringing me back for more! This time around, we ordered their Legendary Parmesan Fries as an appetizer, and they were both delicaious and quickly devoured! I recommend ordering two servings if your party is more than 2 adults and 2 small children. For pizza we ordered the Margherita with Pepperoni added and it was even better than I expected, excellent flavor all around and a nice change up from ordering the traditional pepperoni pizza!

I am a big NY pizza lover and my husband loves Chicago style. Both pizzas under one roof yay! I absolutely loved my NY pizza and he loved his Chicago style. Both kiddos ate what we chose too! Win.
