The best restaurant in the suburbs of Chicago! I really enjoyed their Chi Town BBQ with the impossible burger as a substitute, which is amazing! Their basket fries are handmade and crispy for being more thicker than most resturants. The folks are awesome and very welcoming, I recommend this place very highly.

This place could be so much better if they fix a few things. The worst part was the super slow service. My group came in right when they opened. I took a bit to have our order taken and even longer to get our food. There were only two other tables, so being too busy wasn’t a valid excuse. Our server was friendly and the food was amazing. Another group that sat down behind us just a few minutes later, didn’t get their food until we were ready to leave.

One of the top burger places and it’s only a month old. DO NOT take these 1 star reviews to heart. Their burgers are no more expensive than any other place, they are fresh and highly flavorful. People complaining over a 9 dollar price for a chef made, fresh burger must just be cheap. The burgers are amazing. Me thinks you have a lot of undeserved 1 star reviews that are motivated for various reasons. If I was a competitor is be scared too, but who knows. Go into this place and you will see. Today at lunch 2 diners went out of the way to have the server pay compliments to the chef. The only unfortunate thing is that they are in Buffalo Grove which is always hostile to any thing new. Just look up Flappys or Wrap it up. Great places but they trash them for no reason. I wish they would have opened in the city. I think they are way to sophisticated for the suburbs. Try them out and if they make a goof just ask them to fix it, they will and do it politely. These 1 and 2 star reviews are ridiculous for a brand new place especially since no one seems to leave any details or have asked to have an issue corrected.

I had the New Chicago and loved it! Super glad that a GOOD burger place came in so close to my work. The prices are also very reasonable. Can’t wait to try out the other kinds of burgers.

I suggest that anyone who plans to go to this restaurant to phone ahead to see if it’s open first. Friday night and nobody there at 6 p.m. I saw a Yelp review as well that this seems to be a trending reoccurrence. With many excuses from catering event to late product delivery etc.

One of the best Burgers I have ever had. Duck bacon, cheese and the meat was cooked perfect. Fries are awesome. Check this place out you will not be disappointed.
