Today, my husband got a steak torta to go and almost choked on a plastic wrapper that was inside the torta. Digusting. This place has been inconsistent for over a year now, used to be good quality food. It’s not the first time something like this has happened. We just wanted to make sure it wasn’t just a bad day for them. Definitely not going back now.

Second Visit: Lupe’s salad with chicken is great. Salad is more than just lettuce. Cukes, tomatoes, corn and lots of avocado.

First time stopping by, and i loved the employees. They were so nice and welcoming! We got tacos, torta and a burrito. The burrito was worth it, it was massive and we couldnt finish it! stopping by when im around the area again.

First time trying this place. Pastor is marinated well and has a nice crunch to it. They’re very generous with the meat they put in the tacos. Sausage, egg and cheese tacos are very greasy but really delicious. Lengua and steak tacos are marinated well also, but the meat was a bit dry. We ordered Twisted Fries with barbacoa, it was topped with cheese and sour cream, we didn’t finish the whole thing, it was too salty for us.

The first time I visited I loved it I had the “twisted nachos” awesome. The 2nd and 3rd truly lacking on the cheese sauce, so I asked for extra on the 3rd time. They placed it all in an cup and charged extra, which is fine. But, my nachos had nothing on them at all dry as the desert. The steak was also tough on the 3rd try, but plenty. Cashier was friendly enough, only after I joked with him.,1

Customer service is complete garbage. Food is good when it is hot. Atmosphere that is a laugh, it’s a gas station. It is what you would expect.

We ordered through the drive-through. The girl who took our order was in too much of a hurry. We ordered things and made our preferable changes to our order only to get to the window and have it repeated back to us incorrectly and told those changes weren’t allowed. Their food is awesome, but some fine edge wreaks are needed. Probably return, but it is frustrating.

Food is not the issue , the issue is when I tell the ladies giving me my order I’m missing something from my order they just give me a stank face and look at each other like if I’m stupid and tell me no that’s it and turn away. Like what?! I literally have to show them my recipes everytime I go cause they’re always forgetting something. Like I said food is good just customer service is horrible everyone from the front needs to go except the cooks the only ones who smile at me. Everyone else including guys need to go! If you go to work in a bad mood keep it to yourself or don’t even show up!
