We focus on using the tried-and-true method of cooking low and slow to get those full flavors and authentic BBQ taste. With our Ole Hickory wood burning smoker in our building and on our trailer that’s not a problem for us! Our youth hockey team had catering from Twisted Street BBQ and it was fantastic. The ribs, brisket, and Mac and Cheese were delicious. It was great value – we had more than enough food to feed our hungry hockey players and families.

Excellent BBQ! Everything was so good. We had the ribs, both dry rubbed and Asian style. Their brisket was tender & flavorful with just enough smoke. The baked beans were delicious. My son in law enjoys to barbeque and smoke meats, his words to me after eating Twisted Street BBQ was ” I was blown away!”

We were driving by and seen the sign so we decided to try. They are only open on Fridays at this time so it was a happy accident. My husband and I ordered the platter pit master to split. It was a good portion of food.

The only thing slightly warm or hot was my macaroni and cheese that was steaming. I ordered the Asian ribs and they were ice cold and so was the sauce. How disappointing that I have to take them home to microwave them like they just came out of the refrigerator.
