I HIGHLY recommend Twisted Smoke BBQ! I was throwing a party for ~30 ppl. I called Twisted Smoke the same week as the party and Brad helped me to decide on a menu. The amount of food that he recommended was perfect. EVERYONE absolutely loved it! Every meat and side we got were delicious. Our family enjoyed a great BBQ meal tonight at Jupiter Heights thanks to Chef Brad! The Cuban checked the box for the SoFL classic, but with that special smoke taste, really great. Carolina Pulled Pork was exceptional with the apple-peños & house made pickles — I liked the mustard bbq sauce here. My husband got the “Swamp Thing” — cheddar sausage & brisket — Korean BBQ hoisin sauce situation all the way, wow! Never heard of Alabama White BBQ sauce, but that should basically be on everything. Bottle it! Yum. And the sides. Mac with “frito dust” kids ate it up! Baked beans, sweet and easy to dip your sammich in, exactly how you want them. My absolute fave was the Collard Greens! Perfect blend of sweet tang spice. Can’t wait to try the ribs next! Thanks for an awesome dinner!

We hired Twisted Smoke BBQ for our mom’s 60th birthday party and everyone at the party raved about the food! It is absolutely delicious! The burnt ends we’re unreal. Brad was so easy to communicate with throughout the booking process. We called about five other food truck owners and people either didn’t get back to us or took a long time to respond. Brad responded immediately every time and was so easy to work with. I highly recommend Twisted Smoke BBQ for your event! You won’t be disappointed.

Best Texas style bbq outside of Texas! The Collard greens are the best I have ever had. Six different types of BBQ sauce all homemade. Search these guys out, you won’t be upset.
