The number one reason for only a 3 is the 45 minutes to and hour that I had to wait for my food. Food was good. Not 1 hour wait good. Had to go to the manager to get the shake I ordered after I had been assured by the person who brought my food to that it would be there.

this place is certainly worth a visit if you’re in the mood for burgers. The service is fast, the staff are friendly, and the outdoor eating area is a nice touch. The bar is fairly well stocked. The food is good, but not fantastic. there are only so many ways you can dress up a burger. The exotic game menu is the way to go if you visit here. It’s worth the visit once in a while, but certainly not something I’d eat everyday.

I love this place!!! Every time I go to Shreveport, I stop here. It is absolutely fantastic! The different types of meat really hot the spot for me, their toppings are all very good, and it is a fun place to eat! When they take your order, rather than giving you a number, they give you a celebrity or character. We were Leonardo DiCaprio, and the server joked that we got our food faster than Leo got his Oscar! Just a really good and fun place to eat.

I came today to get one of their exotic burgers (buffalo and venison) ordered my food but I didn’t know it was an extra .99 charge to add stuff on the exotic burgers.. my total was $40.36 and I was confused on why the extra charge so I kindly went up to the cashier. ( black woman with two gold teeth a braids) and asked her about it.. my mistake! She got an attitude! And was rude, even when she went to get the manager! I could hear her talking about me to the rest of the staff!! Manager came and gave me a refund for one burger which was nice but even he didn’t seem to care that his employees was talking so unkindly about me! I cannot believe that my FIRST experience here was so awful! I will not be coming back to such a disrespectful place again!!
