Being a welder and seeing the massive pig cooker on wheels setting out front, I stopped to see it (after hours) and the owner saw me and came out to speak. We swapped war stories about cookers. He proceeded to show me around and I decided to eat a little of his smoked chicken (left over from that evenings dinner). Left over and not hot….it was still the best I have had in many, many years. I am super excited to go eat at the restaurant and see how great it is when it is hot!!!

It is a great restaurant if you want bbq or any meat from a charcoal grill. The food is great and the atmosphere is nice and cozy
