Finally had dinner in this warm cozy place. Local owned and operated. They had their normal Italian menu, but we ordered two ceaser salads with anchovies! Then we got the 16 inch pizza with 5 toppings. Great price and value on the tasty pizza. They have a choice of traditional red sauce or a cheese sauce. For pizza in Evergreen I would go here!

My favorite Italian Restaurant in Colorado. Beautiful views and delicious food. A romantic atmosphere.

Overpriced tourist trap. Don’t get fooled by its name, there’s nothing authentic about this place: overpriced insipid food sold with the Italian stereotype.

Subpar food. First time eating. The cream sauce was more watery than creamy. We paid $12 for an order of cheese sticks from a frozen bag and an additional $5 for a few overcooked chicken pieces for a Cobb salad. Yikes! I don’t think we will be back, and I do not recommend Tuscany Tavern.

Have heard good things, but I was not impressed. We ordered the Bruschetta, Shrimp Scampi and Chicken Marsala. The Bruschetta was more olives and onions than anything else, and mushy. Chicken Marsala was decent (a bit dry and un-seasoned) but the risotto was super bland. Shrimp Scampi had barely any shrimp in it. For the prices they are charging, the meals are just not worth it.

I ordered the chicken piccata for dinner takeout and it wasn’t even remotely close to chicken piccata is. Not to mention my chicken was undercooked and still pink so I didn’t even eat it. The side of pasta I got was simply just buttered and had nothing to it. I picked up food on a Monday night at 5pm, it was empty so no reason to rush the chicken and have it undercooked. Not enjoyable at all.

We got seated and no one ever came to our table. They just brought us water and bread and no one else came to order drinks or food. We sat there for quite some time, a waitress came to the table behind us and they ordered food and drinks. They somehow got food and we were still waiting on someone to come.

My wife and I were very disappointed with the food and service. I had the cheese tortellini with pesto. It tasted like frozen tortellini, and the pesto was pretty much just oil with very little basil. My wife had the Stromboli, super super greasy due to the low quality meats and cheese in it. Service was slow even though it was not even busy.

Beautiful view of the lake on the patio. The patio has tons of beautiful flowers, the staff is very welcoming and my chicken piccata was delicious! Loved it!

Service was OK, but I had seafood pasta which made me violently ill. When I contacted the restaurant about it, their response was lackluster. I had to do this via email, because their voicemail box was full. I don’t think I will return. And definitely do not order the seafood pasta.”
