Food was very delicious and fresh. I would give five stars except for sly, sneaky charges. Our food came with a salad and the waitress asked if we wanted cheese. We all said yes. We got the check and there was 2.50 upcharge on each salad. So I wound up paying $10 extra. While it is on the menu, the way the waitress asked us made us think it was free as many other restaurants do provide this for free. No mention of the charge was made. Although it’s $10, the principle of this makes me aggravated and highly disinclined to return. I hope it was worth it on the restaurant’s part.

Well prepared delicious, fresh Italian food! Our favorite restaurant. Well worth the 1/2 hour drive. Friendly staff and nice portions. Went for my birthday and they all took great care of us. Nice family atmosphere! Can’t wait to go back!

Right from walking in we were greeted by a tall, friendly host and sat promptly even though the place was packed. The food was awesome, we ordered the specials. The oysters were great and fresh, as was the salmon. Service was friendly and professional. We’ll be back.

I usually love this place, but tonight was a big disappointment. Service was not good, the sever we had didn’t tell us there were specials, he didn’t give us bread and didn’t fill our drinks until we flagged him down. My husband asked for something other than the balsamic vinegar on the salad, we were told a slight extra charge, which turned out to be $1.50 for a tiny little cup and my husband said it was horrible and only vinegar. The food was okay, we would have enjoyed it more if the service was better. I don’t think we will go back. If Tuscany is reading this, are you kidding me, $1.50 up charge on dressing. You will lose locals this way.

We were seated at a table with a visibly dirty table cloth in multiple spots. The wine list, though decent, was very overpriced. Two menu items were unavailable. The menu just didn’t make sense. It screamed, “We’re trying to cut corners and save money here.” Traditional dishes arrived with unusual preparations and flavor profiles. Seemed as if there was not a professional chef leading the kitchen. One dish arrived incorrectly prepared. Restrooms were dirty and my partner commented that the men’s room smelled “like a cat litter box”. There was blood on the floor in the ladies’ room. Desserts were the standout of the night. Both were amazing but the waitress revealed that they were not made in house. Decor needs a redux. Overall, this restaurant was very overpriced for the quality of the food. A man came over to ask about the desserts but it was unclear as to who he was because he did not introduce himself. Waitress had the nerve to complain about her tip before we left. Nothing to do with Sussex County because both Krave and Dre’s a 1/4 mile away are brilliant and inspired.

Easily the best Italian food in the county. Good service. Reasonable pricing. Good beer and wine selection. The sangria is delicious. I never leave there disappointed.

Unfortunately not a good experience here. Service was extremely slow and took a very long time to be served food in an almost empty restaurant in the afternoon. Panini I ordered was not a hot grilled sandwich, rather served cold on a sub roll? Last time we were there a friend had an elastic band in her salad! Never going back again after giving a second chance……

Haven’t been here in years and went back last night for our wedding anniversary dinner. Ordered the Mozzarella en Carrozza & Calamari Lucia for appetizers. The calamari was slightly over cooked, but the flavor was so amazing, you could barely tell. I ordered the Gamberi Vesuvius for my entree, it was fabulous. The rice was even cooked perfectly. The shrimp were big and flavorful. My husband ordered the Beef Tournados & Shrimp, the beef was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was almost like cutting butter, it was one of the best filet’s he’s ever had.

what has happened to this place? the food here used to be amazing, and done to perfection every time for about the first three years of them opening. i was a weekly customer for dinner than i noticed the food wasn’t coming out as good as it did before, however it was still edible. i stopped going the last five years but figured i’d go back there last sunday for dinner with my family, and give it another try. i ordered the seafood special with pasta. words cannot convey this meal. it was almost as if a five year old made the meal and just decided to have fun adding a lot of water. the lobster was bad. the flavor was so bad that when i took a bite of it i started to dry heave. it was the most disgusting meal i’ve ever had in my life. there were four pasta dishes ordered and every pasta dish was extremely watery and tasteless. there was also a chicken special, that too was extremely tasteless, other than the overpowering hot peppers. the calamari was very thick and rubbery, and was extremely fishy tasting, equally as horrible as the meal. i am so disappointed.
