The outpost’s name is a nod to the historical Turquoise Trail, a 65-mile trail that connects Santa Fe to Albuquerque and runs to the top of the Sandia Crest.

Wish we had the time to try everything on the menu! Me and my husband ordered the bean and cheese wraps, papas flautas, harvest salad and the mini churros everything was fresh hot and we even went back for seconds. Even if you’re not staying at the El Rey court hotel we would recommend to anyone to check out.

Their turkey burger was so delicious. It was so good and not dry at all that you see with some turkey burgers. They cook it perfectly it’s insane. Pair it with a drink or after a couple drinks and it’s otherworldly. You have to try this place.
