There is not much Indian cuisine restaurants in New Orleans but this is one of the best restaurant for the cuisine in town. I came here twice already and each time the food were amazing and the service was impeccable. Personally, I am still new to Indian cuisine, there’s several dishes I am still not familiar with, so when I ask the waiters they are amazing at taking the time to explain it to me. In addition, when my family ordered a wrong item, the restaurant happily took it back and not charge us.

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever been to. The lamb suka and lamb korma were both soo good. I can’t even really put into words the symphony of favors that are all happening at once, but that is why Indian food is such a one of a kind experience. I also highly recommend the mushroom methi mantar, the cashew sauce with mushrooms is too good! Service couldn’t be better, everyone is so kind which is really refreshing nowadays. You come here with a few of your best friends and loved ones, and you can eat like royalty, without breaking the bank. Might be my favorite restaurant in the New Orleans area, it’s that good!

We order dine in and take out regularly. We’re not the typical “butter chicken” folks, we want to be immersed in the country’s origins flavors and therefore, try something different every time. The servers are always incredibly helpful and courteous. I literally cannot recommend this place more! Skip the overpriced Indian places you see on social media and try something authentic. You won’t regret it!

I was told by a local that this was truly authentic Indian food, and they were right. The food was great. I absolutely love this restaurant and wish there was one in my hometown. I definitely will be back if i return to NOLA. The heat level was perfect, not too spicy to loose flavor, but definitely still there. The Naan was worth coming for alone.

Went in on a Sunday evening for the buffet. The food was not good. Flavors tasted very watered down and over spiced. Like, I don’t mind spice, but it tasted like they spiced it to cover up the consistency. Even the tamarind sauce just dripped right off more like a soup than a sauce. It became very clear when I noticed the only family in there that looked and sounded Indian was ordering from the menu, not the buffet. Mango Lassi was alright, iced tea was very nice. Wait staff was a mixed bag, smiling and some were nice but no one ever asked if we needed anything, no drink order, no extra napkins for the baby, we used their stoneware plates and thankfully my son didn’t break anything. When we did finally flag someone down to order drinks the guy looked annoyed/ inconvenienced. Atmosphere was nice. It is hot in there! They had huge fans going but I don’t know if they have ac.
