Poor experience. Placed my order at 437pm. Waited until 555Pm to be informed that my food would not be ready until 7pm. No one updated me regarding my order status. Staff lacked concern regarding poor service and communication skills. No matter how good the food is, It’s not worth wasting my time. Sad because the cake was actually good, I live over an hour away.

I’ve tried this restaurant 3 times now. Overall, the turkey legs and wings are very good. I must be honest and say there was a very small area on one of the wings and on one side of the leg that probably stayed in position too long because it did taste charred ( they were very small). I just pulled it off, discarded it, and continued to enjoy the rest. By no means will this stop me from returning as I plan to go at least one day a week. My favorite flavors to go along are the lemon pepper and mango habanero. I’m always pleased when I can support a black owned business and am able to say good things about them. I haven’t tried the sides or dessert yet, so I can’t comment on them at this time. The customer service has been good each time I’ve gone and they play good music for your enjoyment. You won’t regret patronizing this restaurant.

This is a Awesome Concept. Turkey Legs are Tender and fall off the bone ,but my Lemon Pepper Seasoning was none existing. Its a no for me on the rice , Green beans were just okay. That Pineapple Tea & Lemonade hit the Ball right out of my atmosphere!!! It was definitely a Winner…..Let’s get the sides and sauce better and you will definitely be 5 Stars.

I have gone to this place 3 times and left each time with NO food!! Twice they were out of both legs and wings hours before they closed. I tried my luck again today and was told all I could order is jerk and sweet heat and they’re open for 3 more hours today! The lady at the counter went to bat for me saying, “not everybody likes spicy. She can’t get nothing else?” The young guy kept shaking his head no, and as she continued to question what they were doing back there in the back it just became too much and I left! 3 strikes and you’re out with me! Great concept, but perhaps they should try something else if they can’t seem to keep the main items and flavors in stock! When I ate chicken never have I ever pulled up to Chik fil A and been told “We’re out of chicken.” Sorry Turky on the Loose…y’all lost me and I’m sure other customers as well.

I got the sweet heat and it was really good. You have to get there early because they sell out every time I’ve gone. This time I got there 6/6:30 two hours before closing and they were sold out of all sides and only had two flavors left. They sell out pretty early. Also, not sure why there is a wait because the turkey flavors are already determined.

Can’t rate the food because I never got it! Waited 2 hrs (after being told 20-25 mins) only to be told they had 30 orders in front of mine. So, I politely requested a refund and went somewhere else. Turns out, they didn’t refund my money at all, and instead processed the payment. Called and spoke with the owner the following Tuesday and she told me (with a very bad attitude) that they did refund it but, the payment posted to my account, meaning you HAD’NT refunded the money. She told me she would look into it after taking my name and number. This was 8/8. It’s now 8/15 and I have yet to receive a call back.

I ordered for lunch from here yesterday and the Turkey leg does not taste smoked. I got the garlic Parmesan flavor but the flavor was really just outside. Then the sides are $5 each. I got the green beans which were only seasoned with peppercorn or who knows what but it didn’t taste right. I can cook them better myself and save me $3 tbh, but the portion I received was not worth $5. The corn on the cob was over cooked and a bit dry. Overall I spent over $25 & I’m sad to say that I was disappointed and will not be eating here again.
