I was in town for business. I was wanting a good burger. I’m glad I chose this place. I got the Bacon Jam and let me tell you. It was worth it. The homemade sauce was delicious!!! I also go the onion rings. They were huge and good!!!!

The Bacon Jam Burger and the Philly cheese steak are awesome. Fries are real hand cut potatoes. Every visit our food has always been hot and fresh!

Did not have a good experience with my first take out so decided to give it another try. Called in order and the young lady said 15 minutes. When I arrived there was no one in the restaurant at all and three employee. They had forgotten to hit a button on register so they had not even started on it. I waited and also still tipped the cashier and I get home to cold French fries and neither burger was prepared as ask. One I ask no lettuce, tomato or pickle and it came fully dressed. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

The shroomy Swiss burger had good flavor but was very thin and overcooked to my liking. Fries were freshly cut and prepared. We received a very average burger and fry meal for just over $30 for two meals. I was expecting to be wowed based on the Manager’s sales pitch but was not impressed.

This is more like 2.5 stars. The staff was friendly and the place looked clean. We waited approximately 5 minutes before being acknowledged at the counter and placing our order. That’s not a real big deal considering most places are understaffed nowadays. Our order was for the mushroom swiss burger and the big cheddar, both with fries, and an order of mozzarella sticks with 1 drink and 1 water. The total came to around $40 including the tip. The burgers and fries came first followed by the fried cheese sticks. The burgers were smaller than expected especially with the cost of them being $10.50 per burger. The fries were good “home style” fires. I had the “Cajun” which tasted exactly the same as the regular fries. The mozzarella sticks were good. The burgers need improvement for their price tag. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not a good enough one to merit a better review score

The burgers and fries were delicious. The chicken strips we ordered for kiddos are worth avoiding. They were not hand breaded nor fresh as responses to previous reviews suggest. However, with it being a burger joint I’m not letting the chicken strips influence my rating.

Ordered food online for a certain time so it would be hot/ so someone Please help me understand why if asked for my food to be redone if I’m the one that paid for it you wanted to work there & I didn’t raise my voice but the counter girl did so since I was asking for to much I just asked for my money back & left/ I’m done been at least 4/5 times was even telling people about it. #IMDONE #DISAPPOINTING

Ordered online. That was easy enough but when I went to pick it up, the service at the counter was terrible. I literally had to go to the kitchen door and knock to get someone to check me out.

Best French fries in town!! I haven’t had everything on the menu yet, but the cheeseburgers and the steak sub are really, really good! I highly recommend Mod Burger!
