They have been out of drink carrier for almost a month, they the act upset when you tell them you don’t want the drinks you ordered, 5 in total and tell you the warehouse is out of carriers. They also screw up the order every time you turn around and act like it’s an Inconvenience for them to correct the issue. This is also the only tudors I have seen that will run out of biscuits, like how can you run out of biscuits you are a world of biscuits. Also like stated before in other reviews don’t be in a hurry because if you don’t waste time getting your order fixed the drive through line will definitely waste 20-30 minutes of your time.

The food is pretty good, but the service is bad. The employees are never friendly, with customers or each other. The only reason I go back is because the food is good, thanks to the 2 Golden Stars in the kitchen, Mickey and Misty!

Very terrible service the woman was extremely unhappy with her life I guess that why she mumbled her rude words and got my order wrong. The food I got biscuits and gravy was extremely cold. The gravy had skin grown over top it was sitting for so long. My husbands order was wrong and didn’t get gravy so when the girl brought it over it was in a very tiny saucer barely enough to cover a biscuit. Now be aware there is no kids menu so I had to order my two yr old a almost 8$ menu item. That came with coleslaw that tasted like someone poured kerosene on it. Needless to say I do not recommend and will not return while in the area.

We are new to the area and have had horrible service every time. We have had to wait in drive through for almost 30-45 min for small orders. This is every time!! When you get your food, it’s the wrong order. Then you have to go back, and they say they dont know how to do refunds. This place is surprisingly the worst tudors I’ve ever been to. If we want this restaurant, we will drive 20 min away. Do not go here if your on a time schedule, and if you want cold food.

I love tudors sausage biscuits with slice cheese, but every time I order it they melted cheese, I used to work at Tudor’s when I was younger, I know the difference, but when a customer asked for slice cheese and you melted cheese on them…..shaking my head. Guess I won’t eat there no more and I live in the same town where it’s located

My biscuits were very hard and kinda burnt. I asked for cheese in my eggs and didnt get it. However there was a lot of people that came in with me. We had buried our grandpa and came to eat afterwards. They were by no means prepared for the 20+ people who walked in. My family talks soo highly of this place… I wasnt impressed.
