I’ve only been to the airport location so I can’t compare with the others, but I liked this place and would go back if I was in OKC again. I like the onion burger concept and they do it well here – you get a ton of onions so this isn’t for the faint of heart. I also like that they have jalapenos as a topping option. Probably the one thing that is missing is ranch sauce. Note that these burgers are BIG, think Whopper size or more, not those tiny in-n-out ones. So a double is more than enough to satiate most eaters – the triple is a battle most will lose and you probably don’t want to fight this one before a flight.

Always a great, flavorful and fresh burger here. Sure, it takes some time but it’s not pre-made or nuked in a microwave. Its cooked when you order it. The burger patties are thin because that’s their style. If you have about 10-20 minutes in between flights or before a flight and love to try new burgers that are locally owned then give Tucker’s a try. Pair it with a half sweet/half unsweet tea and an order of fries and you’re good to go. If you’re short on time then you should visit one of the other restaurants that have a shorter line.

The restaurants in this bay of the airport are operated by Delaware North (Schlotzsky’s, Cinnabon, Moe’s and Tucker’s) which means that the employees here go from on restaurant to the other depending how busy each one is.

I was the only one in line, yet the employee seemed impatient taking my order, asking me repeatedly if I wanted ketchup mustard and mayo. Then her conversation turned to her co-worker, telling her she was off in 5 minutes. The burger was mediocre and flattened. The fries were over cooked and greasy (small portion too). Airport prices on top of that. When we asked for a drink refill and they said, “just go over to Schlotsky’s and refill them yourself”. Two stars is quite generous.

Everytime I come the service is always bad. To be objective, the place was completely empty with no customers and I had to wait 3 minutes to order and 23 minutes to get my food. You would think that being at an airport timing would matter but this is the norm at this place. When completely empty they act like the DMV. I feel bad for the owner.

The taste is very similar to the one from its first location in Oklahoma City. Although the cashier did not smile and was not nice the food made up for it completely. Don’t be fooled, it is a very large burger. Getting the triple might be excessive. The fries are not the best I’ve had but remind me of homemade fries.

Slow service. Took 5-10 minutes to order and 20 minutes to get a single burger. Don’t you understand people are waiting on a plane and don’t want to pay for an order that may not come out before their flight? Expected it to be hot and fresh off the grill, but it instead had cooled and could tell it sat in the back a little while for no reason. They could do much better.

This location is not as good as their stand alone locations but compared to the other airport eating spots, this is one of, if not the best spot to get some food.

I’ve been eating at the airport location twice a month since Tuckers opened. This was the LAST time. After waiting 23 minutes for my burger, I bit into a cold burger. It took another 15 minutes to have a managed refund my money, and while I was complaining the cook said “Its not my fault I only been working here a week.” Really? Whose fault is it that you didnt pay attention during training?

This was an awful experience. Took 31 minutes to receive my order (only after I asked the manager about the order). I then asked for my shake that had been ordered and not ever made. Then I opened the burger to find that was not even close to the burger that I ordered.
