This store is above & beyond. ^The ladies are all so sweet and greet you with a smile the moment you walk in. The store is always spotless, and the food is always hot & fresh. LOVE this location!

We did a large order. Not all items were packed in our order and we left and brought the food back to our office already. My personal sub had a big blob of harden cheese on the bottom of it. The tomatoes were mush. The lettuce that was barely there was wilted and there was about 3 inches or more of empty bread on the side of the sub. Very disappointed with this visit.

They need to change their prices online!!!! Menu says large steak n cheese sub is 8.99 ….we were charged almost $14 at the store. DEFINITELY not worth that and the lady was so rude

The food and service was great. They just need to update the look of the restaurant and clean more. A lot of dust and too many decorations that didnt make sense. Also there was a dining table that really doesn’t belong in that type of fast food

Hours of operation need to be updated. I drove to the Novi location because it said they were open. I got there at 4:30 on a Sunday and they were closed.
