My food was excellent and I received really good service! Thank you.. I hate to complain, but I really would like to see the place a lot cleaner. Coming in the sub shop was cigarette buds on the ground in front of the door going in. Next the door going in and the windows are extremely dirty. The floors were dirty, The trash can by the door is dirty. I did not check the restroom and I’m hoping it was clean. There is always time to clean. After I left I sat in the parking lot eating my sub and I was watching in side the employees standing around talking on their cell phones. There is time to clean. This is a food environment and us customers want to eat a clean place. Again the food was great and the service was great. Maybe you could raise your standards on cleaning please.

For some reason this tubbies makes the skimpiest subs of any tubbies i’ve ever had. There’s barely any meat or anything on this sub. I had a tubby’s in royal oak last weekend it was three times the size of this one.

The older Caucasian lady with the missing tooth was wiping crumbs off the counter with one hand and holding the side of the garbage can. When she was done, she started wrapping sandwiches. Didn’t change her gloves or anything. That is so unsanitary. Please teach your employees proper hygiene and restaurant etiquette.
