Food was good but took a long time to get it due to they only have one person working and she answering phone and taking orders at the window and making the food. She should not be there alone at the busy time of day. They charge to much for there fries when it’s not a larger size.

Prices went up and about half the meat that you used to get.meat is not the same vary grizzley. What little meat there was on the sub was way over done bread is not the same awful will never go back.

First time ever trying Tubby’s and will never order again. Lettuce is wilted and turning brown, 1 tomato. Jimmy John’s and Subway are definitely better! Not worth the wasted money!

Very disappointed. Oh my Lord!! What happened? Tubby’s used to be my go-to sandwich shop and the onion chips were awesome lately the onion chips were soggy greasy wet and then fried crispy I don’t know how that’s possible but I had a bag of grease. Even my sub was soggy. Come on tubby’s”maybe I’ll try again in a few months.

Italian sub was the lowest quality sub I have ever had I should of ordered vegetarian with the meat that was on this sub for 16.00 that’s terrible will never return…Jimmy John’s is 100 times better than this place

Ordered online and still waited 35 minutes after arriving for two steak and cheese subs. I had to wait in line behind 4 people as they ordered, then the young lady behind the counter decided to make all of their orders before mine. I placed the order online much before any of the customers in the building did. Bad customer service and bad task management. The sub I finally did get had traces of cheese, maybe (?) and no sauce. The tomatoes were mushy. There is only ONE person working in this place each time I go and the service is so slow because of it. Where is management?! Why aren’t you helping during peak hours if you have staff shortage? Lame. That poor girl needs help!

Let’s see: They took forever to make my ‘grilled steak’ sub yet it was barely warm, they skimped on the toppings, they were rude, and it cost quite a bit of money for what it was, AWFUL. Never again.
