Tubby’s Sub Shop exceeded my expectations in every way! The selection of subs was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients and delicious sauces to choose from. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the ordering process seamless. I opted for their signature Tubby’s Special sub, and it was a flavor explosion in my mouth – the perfect balance of meats, cheeses, and veggies. The bread was fresh and had a delightful crunch on the outside, while still being soft inside. The portions were generous, making it a satisfying and filling meal. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their offerings. Tubby’s Sub Shop is definitely a go-to spot for mouthwatering subs!

I’ve loved this Tubby’s for decades. But, I was not happy about a few things. First of all the sub has shrunk! It’s definitely not the same size they used to be. They used to have a lot more ingredients. And now I’m charged $1.00 for each veggie I add??? The fries were soggy and the onion rings burnt. Sadly, this isn’t the Tubbys that we grew up with.

Not even from the area, but I make the drive out to this location because of the time and care the staff here has to make sure that their customers are satisfied. I have always been a Huge Tubbys fan with my favorite being the whole Pizza, Steak, and Cheese Sub. Sometimes I have them give me the jumbo which has extra meat and cheese in it. I grab a Pepsi and some dessert cookies and I leave as one Happy Customer. You can dine in side or order to go for those in a hurry. They have parking on the buildings south side. And masks are optional at this time.

I’ve been a full-blown Tubby’s addict for over 30 years now. I can’t remember how many times I drove from suburban cleavland to Michigan just to buy steak and cheese subs from Tubby’s. I’ve bragged about Tubby’s to so many people that some have called me while in Metro Detroit to help them find out exactly what the big deal is.

We were so excited to get tubby and sadly it was a huge disappointment. We got two steak and cheese subs and the steak did not taste or look fresh. The meat looked like it was almost burnt. It was dry and had a bunch of chunks that were simply unchewable. Also, barely any cheese or toppings. Normally really love this place and we dont go often so my boyfriend and i were really shocked at how awful the food was this past time. If we ever give them a shot again i hope whatever is going on is corrected especially when they are on the higher end when it comes to price.

I went there around 1:30 and ordered a large taco sub which I’ve ordered many times before and a additional small fry it was disgusting the bread was so soggy the whole bottom broke out and fell everywhere. The fried where what was left over it was all broken pieces extremely disappointing $20.91 for that never again. I can go somewhere else. Won’t return unfortunately.
