First time visor. Hands down, the best, freshest, flaky bread from a sub chain! The bread absolutely made this sandwich! Furniture has seen a few years of wear and tear from the look of things, but no complaints. Staff were super friendly, and patient since it was my first visit to the chain.

Very friendly staff, however….. this is the second time that I’ve had a large expensive order where I ordered ahead of time with no onions or tomato, there’s a handful of our guests that have a raw onion allergy which is why we order onions on the side and no tomatoes. Had a monster 3 ft sub for New Year’s which was covered in onions and tomato and today I came to pick up my catering sub order for my daughter’s birthday, I’ve asked for no onions or tomato and sure enough onions and tomato were on it, this is twice now in 2 months that this has happened. I am now going to use a different location, clearly there’s not much they can do considering I have a party starting in 15 minutes clearly there’s not enough time to remake all of my sandwiches so yet again I have a handful of guests that can’t eat the food because it wasn’t prepared correctly. will not be coming back to this location simply because I cant trust my order will be right

I think that they may have changed their meat supplier☹ In all the times that I have eaten a steak and cheese, mushroom steak and cheese. And have NEVER had any cartilage in my sub. Today’s sub had 2 pieces. Ouch,Hurt my tooth a little.

I love Tubby’s chicken and cheddar sub that’s all I ever get there. I have been getting it for years. I have never went to this Tubby’s but I was going by it and decided to stop and get a sub.. I made a mistake for not asking if their ranch is homemade. It is not homemade and tastes disgusting! I have never in all my 49 years of life got fake (as in not homemade) bottled ranch at any Tubby’s I went to. I didn’t ask if it was homemade as I figured it was part of their chicken and cheddar with ranch why would they screw up a signature sandwich with the fake bottled nasty disgusting ranch!? It ruined my entire sandwich the second I bit into it I knew it was fake!!! I ate just under half and threw the other half away… I then called and asked when did they start using fake ranch and they said they’ve been using it and that all the Tubby’s use it as they order from same place.. I said no ma’am not Tubby’s at 13/Harper or 21 gratiot or 11/ Campbell etc .. I told her thank you, I just wouldn’t be returning there no big deal… Then I called the 13 Harper store and lady said we absolutely have/ use homemade ranch but they allow each store to decide if you want to make it or buy it! Yuck!!!!! No ty only homemade ranch for me and they ruined their sandwich/ subs with that processed garbage! Plus it’s not cheap and I wasted half my sub!! They need to all stick to same thing and it’s not a Tubby’s sub with fake ranch!!

Delicious, fast service, clean store, friendly kind team! This is one of my first times at a Michigan Tubbys and my favorite location. Greeted with kindness every time. They are thoughtful enough to change their gloves if requested to keep my sandwich halal which means no pork/ham/bacon. You can also remove all the meat altogether from the sandwiches on the board if you prefer zabiha halal and just go with the cheese and or veggies. Amazing. Everything is fresh, made to order, and the bread is made in house each day. I enjoy getting sandwiches to go for dinner. Never soggy always toasty. Yummy!

My wife and I get food from here often for our family. We see the place clean each time, Good food, Made fresh and we actually get lots of meat, unlike Jimmy John’s. Worth the money and that is why we keep coming back.
