The food was indifferent. Service was POOR. No greetings at all. Customers came 10min after us and got their waters before our table. Waiting time was ridiculously long that I we were deciding to take our stomachs elsewhere. Mind you, we were the only two tables in the entire room. Make the drive to KYURAMEN, better experience and better price! Trust me.

Stopped in after work. Had tonkotsu and a couple of Sapporo beers. Decor is clean and modern. Server was attentive. Quick service. Food was great. Lots of pork belly, perfectly cooked egg. Will return in the near future!

I’d definitely recommend coming here. The food is great and so is the service. I don’t normally like jalapeños in my food but honeymoon cakes were really good! The cha-shu ramen was also really good. The pork belly melts in your mouth like butter. The milk tea and mango bubble tea are perfect after eating.

This is by far the best ramen I’ve had in the Minneapolis/Wisconsin area. I got the Cha Shu Ramen. The broth was very flavorful and the pork belly was delicious. I also tried the honeymoon appetizer which was served hot but great as well.

Ramen was great, and everything cooked exactly right. The takoyaki was the best I’ve had so far in the u.s. and honeydew bubble tea is definitely worth a try!

Wow this place is a gem. Tucked away in a strip mall, Tsuta is now a must stop every time I go through Hudson.

Based on the name, tsuta or 蔦 which is a kind of ivy, we tried this place, and happily they put fake ivy in the entryway. Due to covid they only do carry out now.

Fantastic food, great service, clean restaurant, good prices, and very quick service. We got take out and it was warm once we got home and so tasty. Will definitely be dining here again.
