This place is great! We did not care for the restaurant that was here before but this place was awesome! The Sushi chefs were knowledgeable, talented, and entertaining! The food was great quality and I am very picky about my Sashimi and Rolls. The manager could not of been more accommodating and she didn’t even roll her eyes at us! Don’t worry about the one guy who left a bad review, give it a try and judge for yourself. We will be back soon and thank you guys for giving us another local option. They are also on DoorDash and Uber Eats….

We discovered this gem while going on a shopping trip to Ellenton mall. The resturant is in a strip mall outside the Ellenton outlet mall. Food here is awesome , we tried Bento box and the sushi platter here. Both are extremely tastly , special mention of the miso soup which was really good. Also we had a Japanese mango soda which was really good. Would recommend this to others.

The best sushi place Ive come across in Manatee County, if not in all of FL! for a state known for its fishing, its surprisingly difficult to find fresh sushi that actually carries flavor. Tsukino is a 100000/10 for freshness of the fish, flavor, and overall quality of sushi offered. There are so many diverse options offered with great flavor profiles, and they have no problem modifying if needed! Their prices are also unbeatable for the quality received and the service is AMAZING – very attentive and friendly. I was also especially impressed with the overall vibe of the restaurant – music wasnt too loud, lighting was just right, and it is SO CLEAN. Like I have never been to a restaurant this clean clean. overall, would definitely recommend for a casual date night, sushi fix, or literally anything. Not to mention that the location is also ideal, in the center of a prime shopping center. So happy to have stumbled across this place!

We usually get the boat for 2 any they adjust what is on it based on our liking. They always provide great customer service and food is top notch. We haven’t tried the standard cuisine except the miso soup and ginger salad which is great. The sushi chefs always come up with new custom creations especially if you like spicy.

After outlet shopping, it was almost 9:00 and we hadn’t eaten. My daughter eats completely clean and I don’t…so this little sushi spot was perfect! The sushi chef was so nice and welcoming as we sat at the sushi bar right before closing. He made her a special roll of just raw salmon and avocado. I had an eel roll and the tempura shrimp roll. Both were delicious and very reasonably priced. Healthy, fresh and fast!
