Trummer’s Restaurant recently underwent extensive renovations after 10 years of operations. We are a casual stop for hand crafted cocktails and bar snacks or dinner. Opened by husband and wife team, Victoria & Stefan Trummer, the restaurant has been nationally recognized for creative food, excellent hospitality and an experience not to be missed. Join us for dinner 5 nights a week and brunch on Saturdays.
We offer 4 private rooms for events and can host weddings, rehearsal dinners,
corporate events, etc for 10-200 people.
Stop in for Happy Hour Tuesday-Friday or for Titanic Tuesdays – our most popular cocktail is only $8 all night.

Excellent time. We arrived a little early and sat in the lounge and had water and some wine and beer. They had our reservation down for 7:15 but we had requested 7 and they worked promptly to move us up to 7 and we were seated by 7:05. Dinner was excellent. The waiter gave us some great recommendations and the food came out rather quickly. It tasted excellent and was served very pretty. Overall a great experience.

What a great place! The food and service were fantastic. We really enjoyed the salmon tartar and the pork schnitzel. Both of our cocktails were tasty and the wine recommendations were perfect pairings for our meals.

We gave this place two chances and won’t be going back. First visit was for lunch; apps were good (Chestnut soup), entrees were not very good (sandwich and scallops). They also advertise $25 bottles of wine for lunch on the website, but when we arrived they had no idea what we were talking about. Took them 10 minutes to find someone who could offer us a list.

The titanic drink is excellent. The sun room is bright and has a great feel. Feel like I’m on a vacation somewhere. We came for brunch. Corn bread was excellent. We had the short rib hash. The flavor is excellent. The first time we went there, there were actual pieces of short ribs in our plate. We went there yesterday again and 3 of us at our table got the short ribs and it feels like it was the bottom of the pot. We all got the veggies/roots and some flavoring of short ribs but not a single piece of short ribs were on our plate. Quite disappointing. There was a lack of consistency. We love the panna cotta we had last time the flavor was light and refreshing with the fruits and pistachios giving the light slightly fragrant desert a nice texture. We came back for new menu items such as roast pork sandwich which was delicious. We also liked the scallops. Service could be faster, but you can relax and enjoy your titanic while you wait. Overall for flavor and ambiance and the awesome titanic drink, this place is a 5.
