Anyone craving real green chili? We stumbled upon True Grit American Bistro today. Get the green chili burger, it’s wrapped in a tortilla! Fries were good too. And we scarfed down the bread pudding before we remembered to take a picture. We’ll worth spending your money at a new local business. Say hi to the owners, they are very nice. I hear you can buy the chili by the pint. We will be back.

A WONDERFUL CHOICE if you want late breakfast!!! I read the reviews and I was interested. Small space restaurant. Limited seating. The chairs have no cushioning and I think I heard from someone about hemorrhoids, lol. Anyways, I ordered the food and waited approximately 24 minutes before I got my food.

I ate the first taco thinking to my self, dang this taste burnt. I looked at the other two tacos and they were also burnt. For some reason they gave be a small thing of broke tortillas chips.. and the kids fries were surprisingly little quantity.

Tried out True Grit today for brunch with my ladies group. Everything came out as ordered even though we had a large group. Everyone enjoyed their yummy food! I had the avocado toast three ways. I would definitely order it again but looking forward to trying other items on the menu. Our server Melissa was awesome even even though the place was busy!

It’s been along time since I’ve had really good grits. We were on that side of town and decided to try this place. The food was outstanding!! My wife is the.shrimp and grits critic and she loved it. Everything we ordered was perfect. Staff was friendly and we had a great dining experience.

What a wonderful experience! Incredible mouth-watering food! Wonderful atmosphere! The owners and family are just a delight! This is a treasure to find. I had the award winning burger and my husband had the breakfast burrito with homemade green chille sauce! Divine! We will be back!
