The ambiance was friendly, bright and clean. However the service was slow and very disjointed and they weren’t even busy. For starters we received our drinks and appetizer before we even got our water, even after we asked. The worst part was the appetizer. They tout themselves on being able to accommodate dietary restrictions, so we ordered the edamame guacamole with gluten free pita. A different server brought it out and I tried to verify…it was NOT gluten free (glad I asked). And she proceeded to leave the plate there and say “I’ll let your server know and she can deal with it!” WHAT? When our server finally came back (still no water) she said it was put in half and half and the gluten free half was coming. 1) we didn’t ask for half and half and 2) no one specified and it could have led to a very uncomfortable situation had I eaten what I assumed was the gluten free option I’d ordered. No apologies. Finally lunch…very uninspired warmed flavorless cocktail shrimp topped my Mediterranean salad for an extra $8. Try a little seasoning or a grill for some sear. Anyway, for a near $100 lunch I would say pass!

Great all around experience. Healthy, guilt-free, menu that is delicious. Their salmos is particularly well cooked. A little crispy on the outside without being dry and over cooked. They also have surprisingly good pizza. Our favorite drink is the hot matcha horchata.

Always a delight to dine at True Food. I wanted something light and nourishing, so I went for the spaghetti squash casserole with chicken sausage and their adaptogenic tulsi tea. Delicious! Jackson was our server, and he did a FANTASTIC job!

My friend took me here and it was my first time! She had the teriyaki quinoa bowl and I had the chicken and mozzarella panini. We shared the hummus and had an interesting ube dessert. Our waiter, Jackson, was attentive, nice, and made good recommendations! 10/10 would recommend please keep him employed and maybe even a reward of some sort.

I visit TFK any time I’m in town. Amazing food with delicious ingredients. I brought my mom for Mother’s Day and she realized why I love this place so much. Jackson was our server and provided TOP NOTCH service. I’ll be asking for him next time I come. This restaurant knows how to do it.
