Had the vegan burger, was tepid and bland. I was starved so it got the job done. According to the other reviews the service apparently can be quite dismal but I lucked out I guess because there was no line and the service was fine. Was a little surprised the burger was only like warm considering they make it in front of you, a la carte. The True spread was good, it’s their signature 3 sauce combo which they will tell you about, cheese is extra $, I only tried their burger.

Waited 5min to be addressed by the cashier to order, then waited 15min for the 3 burgers I got for the family. No fries here, just homemade chips. Cold, stale, no salt, thin slices of potato. The burgers came with no condiments, or accouterments. When we asked politely for some ketchup, you would have thought we personally insulted the “chef” at the assembly station. Steer clear of this place, not worth it.

Tried before seeing reviews. Burger itself was fine, just very bland. Constructed very messy too the point where when I u wrapped it my top bun was next to my burger. Not cold but also for $20 (burger and fountain drink) honestly McDonald’s is 10 times better. Wouldn’t go back

In all my years ordering food ANYWHERE, I have NEVER seen more abysmal service. I was the first in line and it took over 10 minutes for someone to even begin to walk over to take my order. Then for a burger it took 25min to get my food , mind you this is essentially a fast food line…imagine five guys If five guys was run by children serving you playdough. Please for you own sanity avoid at all costs! I’d give no stars if possible.

Looked like a decent burger place and there was no line, but the food took forever to come out. Not sure why it took so long to make a couple simple burgers and chips. The food was serviceable but there was nowhere to get condiments and the chef was too busy to get us anything with the massive line. So the only moisture from the burger came from the grease. Chicken sandwich was OK but somehow got crushed between the assembly and handing it to me so it got everywhere. Really just a bunch of things that you don’t want to have at an airport restaurant.

Don’t waste your time. Nothing is made fresh. They reheated two already made beef patties, cold bacon and a cold already toasted bun. Horrible and expensive. Honestly dont know why they are still in business. If I could have given no stars, I would have.

Had a worst experience. There was a huge line but nobody was there at the cashier counter to assist instead they were arguing about something in the kitchen. Most of the people left the queue. I decided to wait patiently but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions of my life. The chicken sandwich was cold and tasted like mud. I regret deciding to try this place. If you want to have a decent food and a good service, then this is not a place for you. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

I had the Blue Burger and let me tell you that the burger tasted like cardboard (dry and unsavory) and the supposed blue cheese did not taste anything like blue cheese. Thats $13.99 for the burger + $1.60 Tax. Easily the worst burger i ever tasted. McDonald Burgers tasted much better than this and I am not even a fan of McDonald’s. I do not recommend this burger joint to anyone looking for a quick bite at the airport.
