First time there and had a great time. Atmosphere was live and the owner, and I’m sorry I forgot her name, but she was an amazing host. She made sure we were good throughout the night and she made it a point to walk us out to tell us how much she appreciated our business and that she was genuinely happy that we had a great time. If you are in the Columbia, SC area, I recommend Tru! It is truly a whole vibe from the owners to the staff that provides exceptional service. Cannot forget to mention the hookah flavors are awesome! I will be retuning every time I am in the area.

Terrible experience. We were kicked out after being charge for multiple hookahs. The customer service was terrible. We did not feel welcomed. The manager constantly gave us issue after issue. I would not recommend visiting. They mistreat PAYING customers and don’t give you your order or a refund.
