The best Jamaican takeout in Miami. I’ve been coming to this hidden gem for the last 5 years. The oxtails are the best I’ve ever had along with the peas and rice with plantains. The brown chicken stew is also very delicious. I’ve never been disappointed by any of my food choices here. This black owned, family run takeout spot is a must have if you’re looking for good Caribbean home cooking. Very nice family and excellent food. Call in and place your order now!! Acai Bowls are SUPER filling. They don’t just give you a little base and fruits on it like a lot of places. They give what you pay for and it’s plenty. I love it here. ☺️ (not pictured) The hot foods are very fresh, wait for it to be cooked to order and definitely will enjoy.

FUNNY I BROUGHT MY COUSIN HERE A WHILE BACK TO PURCHASE SOME SALMON. HOWEVER I NEVER TRIED IT. TODAY I TRIED THEIR SALMON SALAD AND IT WAS EXQUISITE!! I ALSO TRIED THEIR TUNA SALAD AND CHICKEN SOUP AND THEY TOO WERE PHENOMENAL !!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE!! This is my second time eating from Tropical Taste Buds. I ordered a side order of jerk chicken 12/03/22. It was burnt beyond consumption. How could someone even serve this for someone else to eat??? smh..So I called to see if I could get my order replaced not a refund. Needless to say, I will never eat from there again. She can keep the refund. She was not nice at all. Don’t order the chicken on Saturdays, it’s left over from Fridays and they tried warming it up but burn it instead. So
