I’m going to be a little critical today. I’m giving you a two rating. I have visited the Flint store Lansing stores. I’ve visited stores in probably 10 different towns as a pharmaceutical rep, and I use tropical smoothie 3 to 4 times a week. This store is quite possibly the most disorganized store I’ve ever done business with. not unlike an experience one of your other customers had I had a young African-American gentleman stare at me and not take my order. I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life. Today I visited the store and never have I seen such chaos and disorganization in a restaurant in my life. I’m giving you a one star because I’ve now been in your store at least six times and every time it has been the worst experience of my tropical smoothie encounter I am a pharmaceutical rep and I go to Tropical Smoothie Flint my customers at least three times a week. And I will never enter this store again fortunately for you, you have such a good product I’ll either go to the Flint store on Linden Road or I’ll head over to the store in Burton, but I will never again enter the store.

Purchased a wrap and found a long hair right in the center. When I requested a refund, they told me I would have to call a manager because NO ONE in the restaurant had authority to do refund for online orders. If your going to encourage app usage, shift leads left alone should be empowered to fix customer concerns. I was very discreet about finding the hair. I just wanted a refund rather than a new wrap. I had lost my appetite.

I ordered 2 smoothies, got 1 Immediately. Waited 25 mins for my other one. Stood at the counter for 15mins an no one even asked me what I was waiting for. I had to tell them they didnt even give me my other one, then they gave me 2 more smoothies. The smoothies were amazing, the staff is great too, they just need more staff n organization. They forgot a smoothie for the people in front of me too. Make sure a order is finished before you move on to the next, your people who are there are way more important then the Online orders.

TERRIBLE Service here. It’s been a few months since I was last here, but I do not planning on coming back to this location. Not sure if it was due to my online order, but the crew initially lost my online order so they had to put me in the queue to get my smoothies made priority. Well priority meant 30 mins as after about 15 mins I got pretty impatient and went up only to find out that they thought I already had my smoothies….

I placed an order for 4 people in my office for pickup. The other was already bagged at the pickup time. Upon returning to the office, we discovered that 3 items were missing from the order. I tried calling to be reimbursed for the missing items. After ringing a long time, I received a message that the number was unable to receive calls at this time and to try again later. I received an email survey about my order. I stated on the survey that 3 items were missing, I tried calling to be reimbursed for those items, couldn’t contact anyone, and I’d still like to be contacted to be reimbursed for them. Still no response. The parts of the order that we received were good. I bet the parts of the order that we didn’t receive were also good. Customer service is lacking though.

food was bad, our smoothies were practically just ice and barely blended, pictured below is supposed to be a banana peanut butter smoothie. usually it’s a lot darker. $30 is pretty sad for cheap ingredients and garbage service

Placed an online order for 2 smoothies and 2 wraps. One was supposed to be ceasar instead it was spinach and balls of mozzarella. My other wrap was a carribean jerk, that only had rice, beans, and chicken.. where’s the rest of the ingredients?

Two days ago I went to this Tropical Smoothie location at 8:50pm with there close time being 9pm. When I walked in there were two guests in front of me who had JUST ordered. Like I literally came in ONE minute after them. The teenager who was working asked me if I was there to pick up an order. I said “no, I’m here to place an order” and she said “we’re not taking any more orders, they were my last customers. We’re about to close.”
