The worst Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. The first time I went it was only about a week or two after they opened. The wait was 30+ minutes and they forgot half of my order. I knew they had just opened so attributed it to that. I came back again today for a 2nd time expecting a better experience then before, but I waited for over 40 minutes in the drive thru for 1 smoothie with only 3 cars in front of me. I won’t be coming back again.

8/19/2023: CAUTION! There is something wrong with their system in that orders aren’t being displayed properly. TO AVOID WAITING IN THE DRIVE THRU IN THIS HEAT, I WOULD RECDOMMEND GOING DIRECTLY INSIDE!

We have never had an issue with other locations. We have been here 3 times in the past month and they have messed up our order every time. We just picked up a to go order and they didn’t give us any of our sides.. we should have checked before leaving, but we shouldn’t have to.

This location has the worst service out of the locations I visited. If you really want their smoothies, I suggest driving to Danforth or May.

Horrible service…waited 40 minutes for our food and when we did get it it was the complete wrong order. They remade our order again and it was still the incorrect food. Do not recommend
