The worst Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. The first time I went it was only about a week or two after they opened. The wait was 30+ minutes and they forgot half of my order. I knew they had just opened so attributed it to that. I came back again today for a 2nd time expecting a better experience then before, but I waited for over 40 minutes in the drive thru for 1 smoothie with only 3 cars in front of me. I won’t be coming back again.

We have never had an issue with other locations. We have been here 3 times in the past month and they have messed up our order every time. We just picked up a to go order and they didn’t give us any of our sides.. we should have checked before leaving, but we shouldn’t have to.
