Called and ordered ahead, for one smoothie, they said 10 minutes. I get there with line no or orders waiting, and the two girls working are sitting in the back, I peeked into the back to get there attention (even though the door has a bell) then paid and still had to wait for them to make my drink. Just disappointed.

Drinks are always good . But they need training . You can walk in and no one will greet you . Their was literally one person in line and five waiting around the store . I seen one employee passing out doughnuts and three younger kids working hard. No cashier I stood there for 4 mins before anyone said hello we’ll be right with you .. this location is getting as slow as Eastpointe location.. fix it before the community start to really complain .

Went in for a smoothie and food the other day and got the worst customer service. There was about 4 or 5 people working and the older lady with the bright colored hair rang up my order and made my smoothie. The smoothie was not good and it was very bland and icy. She had a nasty attitude when ringing in my order and just for that.. I will not be coming back again. Is this what you want your employees to represent? She seemed like she was in a rush to take my order and was agitated. I come to this location all the time and the other employees are respectful, energized, and patient. She really left a bad mark…
