Love the food BUT I drove 20 minutes to get this for dinner and as I was ordering food and a smoothie someone yells from the back “we aren’t making food anymore”, no apology for the inconvenience or anything and I had gotten there an entire 35 minutes before they closed. It was 8:25 on the dot.

I like this brand, but the Saint Matthews location is an absolute train wreck! Ridiculous wait times, rude staff, and they just putz along and take their time even when they are extremely backed up on tickets. No sense of urgency at all. The worst is the attitude! I’ve never been talked to that disrespectfully or treated that badly at any other location. They were even turning people away by telling them it was going to be over an hour wat on their order, mm even though there were only eight tickets hanging on the board. They just don’t care at this location. I’ll drive to the Middletown location, even though I live right across the street from the Saint Matthews store, because they do a great job at that location and everyone there has always been pleasant.

I walked into the restaurant at 8:30 pm tonight. I was the only customer in the restaurant. The team member was preparing 3 smoothies. After those were complete, he asked to take my order. When I asked for 2 Flatbreads, he immediately said “oh we’re about to close. We’re not doing food now” I looked at the time, it was 8:40 pm. If you stop serving anything at a certain time, you need to publish that as your closing time. What a joke.
