First time here and I had a very poorly blended Detox Island Green. It was a pick up order so there was no rush to make it. I got 1/4 of the way through before I threw it out. The chunks of ice, mango, and kale did not make tasty drink. For a little bit more $ I recommend The Main Squeeze in Mount Pleasant.

Yikes. Drive the extra few miles for another location. Health inspector was there saying the cooler was at 45 degrees, the coconut was too old, sanitizing water wasn’t changed, TO NAME A FEW.

I visit the west Ashley location a couple times a week, I’ve come to the center point location 2x now, both times I’ve been the only customer in the store. I always get the same smoothie and since I drink it so much I know what it looks and tastes like. First time my smoothie had banana in it and I told them and they told me it didn’t but I hate bananas with a passion and there definitely was. This time there was no banana in it but they also didn’t put the whey protein in it that I paid for. It’s dark purple and I knew right away, I asked and she said it did. Buffalo chicken wrap on both trips was sloppy. Do better or don’t do it at all. I was stoked when this location opened bc it’s a couple minutes from my house and I wanted to give them the benefit of human error but 2/2 and you’re out for me. I was glad it wasn’t just me having the same feelings as I read through the reviews of this location.

I love tropical smoothie Cafe. The only thing is the immaturity that works there. Not all of them some of them are just unprofessional! You can tell the ones at the drive through. Is talking about you. Their so immature they would come to the window or peak with a stupid laugh. And on the other hand messes up your order and slow! This Cafe could be a great spot to eat and dine out of they pick their employees right not out of desperate needs! Kids don’t need to be working if their not ready to be responsible! I will be going back to the other tropical smoothie Cafe. Where service is a whole lot better than this place, so is the food! Food is like someone is playing in it, missing ingredients with no taste!

This review is about the tropical smoothie location on Center point drive specifically. Normally I don’t have any issues with this specific location. However today I went to order delivery and I accidentally ordered pickup. I went to cancel it. Couldn’t. I tried calling the store no less than 10-15 times and I did not get a response. I called other nearby locations (they were all very helpful and friendly) and unfortunately there was nothing they could do. I was told that location doesn’t exist yet, but somehow it still took my money. No idea what happened but I will never be ordering from this specific location again.

Horrible customer because I ordered from the retro menu. The comment was made, they need to take away the retro menu. I hate this. I am a loyal customer to Tropical Smoothie and I’ve never experienced such poor service and awful responses. I don’t see myself frequenting this location. I’ll drive the extra miles instead ☹️

How come every time I order ahead online I end up waiting inside for over 15 minutes, today there were no other customers and I had to ask her about my order. She saw the ticket and just decided it wasn’t valid I guess. I tip every single time too
