I ordered a plant based chicken wrap. The ticket on my wrap said plant based. However, I ate half of the wrap and realized it was real chicken. The manager didn’t want to make me a new one bc I had already eaten “half” of the other one. Well, I haven’t eaten meat in over 5 years so I’m probably going to get sick. The least he could have done is offer to give me an new one the way i ordered it since they are the ones who lied on the ticket and said it was plant based. He got angry and stormed off and threw my wrap in the trash. Horrible management

Made a mobile order as always. Never had any issues at this location. Got home to eat my food and realized they didn’t make my sandwich correctly. I called several times no one answered. When I arrived I expressed how my sandwich wasn’t made correctly and was missing tomato’s. The cashier ask how would I like it made with an attitude and it was obvious I just wanted my sandwich made fresh how it was on the menu. His response could’ve been “sorry for that inconvenience” instead of “how do I want it made” that was totally unprofessional.

Not sure what happend to this location but I just waited 30 minutes for 1 smoothie there’s only 3 other people before me ,and no other customers . There are 5 employees that I can see , all wich are children, no present adult or manager. Will not be comming back I guess I’ll have to try out smoothie king.

Real terrible service!! They prep all the online orders before the orders that are placed in person!! I waited 25mins for 2 smoothies, only one person in front of me! While I watched them put 10 smoothies into a refrigerator under their counter before getting to mine!! They lost me as a customer!

Always great! The owner is fantastic! You wouldn’t otherwise know she was the owner because she works in the register, makes food, makes smoothies, and even cleans! Even though this is tropical smoothie, it feels like a local smoothie shop. All staff is really young, but super customer friendly. 10/10 recommended! The owner knows how to run a business!!!
