I went here for the first time today…. I ordered a breakfast all American wrap… it wasn’t the best. To start off with the eggs are TERRIBLE… I don’t think they are real eggs… there was barely any bacon in the wrap and it was small for 5 dollars. I wouldn’t return for breakfast, maybe a smoothie. 2 out of 10 recommend…. and that is only because they were quick and polite.

I understand they’re newly opened and the staff is still learning, but overall my first experience was not a good one. Went tonight for dinner and I ordered a wrap and a smoothie. The wrap came out quickly and was hot and delicious so no issues there, but they took almost 40 minutes to get me my smoothie, and served at least six people who came into the restaurant after me prior to me recieving my order.

Went there to try them out. Stood in line over 15 minutes and nobody was taking orders. 2 people that was in line ahead of me left. Finally got them to take order and had to wait 30 minutes for food. Food was great. Decided to give them another try 2 days later because I liked the food. Ordered online this time. Showed up when it said the pickup time was and once again waited over 30 minutes for food and people that was there waiting to order in store were ignored again and people were walking out. The food sucked the second time around.

Overall I had a great experience at this location. There were two girls there that were very nice to me and had exceptional customer service. If i remember correctly their names were Lindsey and Maryjane. The only complaint I have is there was girl in there by the name of Raegan I believe and I overheard her being very rude to other employees.

I absolutely love this location. I work across the street so it’s very convenient for me on my way to work to grab breakfast. I always order before I leave my house and when you order online, it gives you a promise time which is usually 20-30 minutes and it’s always ready by then. Because the store is new, it’s going to take longer than an older more seasoned store would, no big deal. The staff are always pleasant, I think her name is Haile always diligent and I’ve seen her run all of the smoothie machines by herself at once. There is one other girl there, her name is Kayla and she is also very friendly and diligent. The owner Brandon is very friendly and outgoing, he makes sure to greet each customer that walks in and thank them for their visit. I have yet to have a bad experience with them. If you don’t want to wait, go to McDonalds. I can still promise that you will wait because I’ve waited 30 minutes in their drive thru line before as well. Overall, be patient and give the staff a chance, they are working as hard as they can to learn and serve their customers.

Love this new spot!! It’s a new spot so you may have to wait a little bit while training is still in process. I suggest ordering online if you’re in a time crunch. Love Kayla, Lindsay and Reagan. I have to say some of the other evening girls leave a lot to be desired. Owners seem awesome!!

The only thing that I was disappointed in was that I went with my sister once and had to lose out on the points cause my phone wouldn’t upload the app quick enough. I missed out on a twenty dollar purchase of points because of the small blunder.
