Tried for the first time, and truly enjoyed it! Polite and helpful staff. I downloaded the app to get a free smoothie. The Mango Berry Cosmo smoothie was delicious! I also ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla with sweet potatoes. Would get that again. And I tried the Kale & Apple Slaw… yummy!

We tried Tropical Cafe for the first time tonight. Got to the restaurant at 8:45pm not realizing they closed at 9pm. Not only did we get hot, fresh (and incredibly tasty) food but we were also blessed to receive stellar service. The dining room was closed (understandably so) so we parked in the parking lot to eat and allow our 7 m/o baby to get out of the car seat for a bit. Noni, the shift lead, saw we were out there with the baby and went the extra mile by bringing us extra napkins in case we needed them. Overall, A+ service and food! We’ll definitely be back!

The smoothies are good but the service is trash. Most of the employees have yet to learn what customer service is. The young girl taking the orders could use some training/coaching on how to properly interact with customers. Being a newer establishment in the area, you would think customer service would be a priority.

My first time ever going to a tropical smoothie Cafe. The food was great, but the girl at the drive thru window was unpleasantly ill-mannered and impolite. When she swung the drive thru window I thought she had broken it. That’s how fast and ruthless she opened it. She had a mad and hateful look on her face. She did not greet me or welcomed me. I told her I had put an order online and she asked what my name was. I told her, then she stumped off and brought my food. She still had that rude and hateful look on her face and didn’t tell me to have a great day or anything. You cannot run a business with employees giving out energy to their customers like the customers are an inconvenience. Honestly if I was the owner I would either train their employees with the importance of customer service or not hire and keep employees who hate their job and hate working with customers. It sucks because the food was great but when employees act like that not only is it a red flag of whether or not it is safe to eat the food there, but also noone wants to go to a business where the employees are rude and hateful.

I used a coupon, but I was well satisfied with my food. I went through the drive through, and there was only 1 car in front of me. I got a Chicken Flatbread, side of jalapeño corn, and a 20 oz Strawberry Smoothie. Flavor, seasoning, and right food temperature were excellent. I will definitely be back. Also, the coupons were an added bonus. Great food and customer service! 5 stars! Keep up the good work!
